“A lawyer by profession, and an alumnus of the University of Lagos (LLB Hons), the University of Kent at Canterbury, (PG Dip in Politics and International Relations), and the Harvard Business School (General Manager Program), she contributed immensely to the public sector reform and privatization in Nigeria during her 12-year service with Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE), in various capacities, and her 4-year service as Secretary Social Development and Secretary Education in the Federal Capital Territory Administration before retiring as the Director-General of BPE in 2012. The power sector reform and privatisation program recorded significant progress during her two-year tenure as Director-General of BPE. She has over 30 years of private sector and public sector professional experience covering commercial legal practice, banking, administration, sector reform and privatisation. Post-retirement, she served as Acting CEO of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company, before joining ENL. As GMD (Group Managing Director), she oversees Construction (Road and Building), and the company�s various on-going investments in Solid Minerals Mining (Gold), Power Utility Services, Entertainment Centre and Hospitality Services.”
