Nektar Baziotis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nektar is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of ICARUS AI E-Learning since December 2020. Prior to that, they served as a member of the NSBA Leadership Council at the National Small Business Association starting from February 2023. In 2015, they co-founded ENKI Technologies inc. and held the position of President. Before that, Nektar served as the Chief Technology Officer at Expert Dojo, where they were responsible for developments and tech decisions. Nektar founded and managed Apogee Information Systems since August 2005. Nektar also worked as a Business Analyst at the European Railway Agency from December 2011 to December 2012. Nektar gained experience in project management and web development as a Project Manager at Cedefop from November 2002 to October 2004. Nektar started their career as the IT Director at Telemach International, where they managed the web development department and served as a project manager.

Nektar Baziotis has a diverse education history. In 1997, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). Moving forward, they pursued higher education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Sheffield from 2002 to 2004, focusing on the field of Business. Later, in 2019, Nektar attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology briefly, engaging in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Continuing their quest for knowledge, they enrolled at The Wharton School from 2021 to 2022, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
