Mustafa Cem is an experienced site manager and survey expert with a comprehensive background in various construction and engineering projects. Currently serving as Site Manager at ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. since March 2014, Mustafa focuses on enhancement of security barriers at PT3 Station. Prior experience includes working as a Survey Supervisor for the Namokhvani Hydro Power Plant Cascade Project and the South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion Project as part of the Bechtel-Enka Joint Venture. Previously, Mustafa held roles as a Survey Party Chief at TR Teknoloji Ltd. for the Göktürk Satellite Integration and Test Facility and as a Survey Technician at SAYGINLAR İNŞAAT and TİCE SURVEY OFFICE. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University and an associate degree in Surveying and Cadastre from Afyon Kocatepe University.
