Luuk Schagen is a seasoned machine learning engineer currently serving as the Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Enjins since February 2021, with prior experience as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Machine Learning Engineer at the same company. Before Enjins, Luuk worked at Station10 in Innovatie & Conceptontwikkeling from January 2020 to January 2021 and gained valuable consulting experience as a Junior Consultant at The Funding Company from July 2017 to January 2020. An internship in business development at The LaunchLab during a gap year in Stellenbosch, South Africa, provided exposure to supporting start-ups. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Data Science & Entrepreneurship from Jheronimus Academy of Data Science and a Bachelor's degree in Science and Innovation Management from Utrecht University. Additional roles include a Student Assistant in Energy Analysis at Universiteit Utrecht and various positions in hospitality and student organizations.
