Laura Herman serves as the Director of Communications at Dalberg since August 2020, where responsibility includes leading the global communications strategy and team. With over 20 years of experience in global development, Laura supports various organizations such as foundations, corporations, multilaterals, and NGOs in creating positive change, particularly in the Global South. Current board memberships include the Global Health Council and USPharmacopeia, alongside advisory roles at Eniware, LLC. Previous positions include Vice President at Essilor, where leadership focused on eradicating poor vision through inclusive business strategies, and Managing Director at FSG. Educational credentials encompass an MA in International Policy Studies and an MBA from Stanford University, along with a BBA in International Business from the University of Michigan.
