Raquel Meirelles is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Global Resourcing Senior Advisor at Eni since May 2022, Raquel previously held key roles including Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager at PRAVALER, and Strategic HR Manager at Nubank, where responsibilities included cultural transformation and employee training. Raquel's career also includes positions at AMARO as a Training and Development Senior Analyst, Crescimentum as an Instructor and Development Consultant, and an HR Analyst role at Allergan. Raquel began their professional journey as an HR Business Partner at Whirlpool Latin America. Raquel holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração and a degree from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
