Stig Pettersen has an extensive background in automation engineering, with experience spanning across various companies such as Carbon Circle AS, Aker BP ASA, Lundin, Sysplan AS, ABB AS, Aker Solutions, Vetco Aibel, Vetco, Honeywell, and Aker Engineering AS. With an M.Sc. in Technical Cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Stig has held roles such as Principal Engineer, Senior Engineer, EICT Manager, and Consultant.
