Neil Eipp is a seasoned MES Automation Engineer at Enhanced Information Solutions (EIS), specializing in recipe creation and support for the Life Science and Pharmaceutical industries since June 2022. Previously, Neil Eipp spent over 27 years at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where roles included Project Lead Manager, responsible for managing project leads and improving process efficiencies; Senior Bioprocess Specialist/Acting Project Lead, focused on production operations and equipment verification; and Team Leader, overseeing chemical operators and developing Master Batch Records and SOPs. Neil Eipp holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Humanities from Onondaga Community College, earned between 1982 and 1985.
