James Bentson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality systems, risk management, and compliance within the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Enhanced Compliance Inc. since September 2021, James has previously held senior management roles at companies such as Accuray, where responsibilities included implementing ISO 14971:2012 and managing the CAPA system, and PENTAX Medical Americas, where comprehensive Quality Systems were developed. James has a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University and a certificate in Group Dynamics from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
