Ann Watson has been working in the field of human resources and labour relations for over 30 years. Ann started their career at Canadian National Railway in 1986, where they worked for seven years in the human resources department. In 1993, they moved to VIA Rail Canada, where they worked in labour relations for two years. In 1995, they left VIA Rail to start their own consulting business. Ann has been working as a consultant ever since, and has served as a director at the English Montreal School Board since 2001.
Ann Watson completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Concordia University, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Institutional Administration from the same school. Ann then went on to McGill University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, as well as a Certificate in Transportation.
They are on a team with Mario Cardin - Director, Bob Thomas - Director, and Nathalie Lauzière - Secretary General. Ann Watson reports to Nicholas Katalifos, Director General.
