Michael Nissen started their work experience in 2010 as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, serving until 2013. Michael then worked as Outside Services at Mirabel Golf Club, Inc. from October 2014 to May 2015. Michael continued their role as Outside Services at Verrado Golf Club and Grille from March 2016 to November 2016. From December 2016 to June 2017, they worked as an Account Executive at Neopost, where they helped improve customer communications management strategy. Michael then moved on to Fusion Power in August 2017 and worked as a Sales Representative until January 2018. Currently, Michael is employed at Englert Inc. as a Sales Representative for the LeafGuard product.

Michael Nissen attended the Golf Academy of America-Chandler from 2006 to 2009, where they completed their high school education. Michael then returned to the same institution from 2014 to 2016 to pursue an Associate's Degree in Golf Course Operation and Grounds Management.
