Michael Fulton has extensive work experience in education, starting in 2002 as an English Teacher at Rancocas Valley Regional High School. Michael then moved on to Randolph High School, where they served as an English/Creative Writing Teacher and also coached the Girls Cross Country/Track and Field team. While at Randolph, Michael developed inclusive learning structures, incorporated diagnostic assessments, and produced two individual New Jersey state champions. In 2006, they joined Eastern Regional High School as an English Teacher and Head Boys and Girls Cross Country/Track and Field Coach. Michael'srole at Eastern Regional included formulating differentiated-based lesson plans, leveraging standardized testing measures, and working with an Olympic medalist. Most recently, in 2022, Michael joined ELM Home & Building Solutions as a Sales Representative.
Michael Fulton obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and English Literature from Rider University in 2002. Later, in 2011, they earned a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership from Delaware Valley College. Additionally, in May 2011, they obtained the New Jersey Certificate of Eligibility (CE) for Principal Certification from Delaware Valley College.
