Tammy Baker, SHRM CP, is an accomplished HR Manager at Engledow Group, a leading organization in landscape, interior, events, and design since January 2017. With a background in real estate as a part-time Realtor and Investment Manager for Baker Investment Group from 2007 to 2023, Tammy has successfully managed investment properties and held an Indiana Realtor license since 2012. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Comcast and Talent & Sales Manager at Trillium Services, where leadership in recruitment and staffing services was demonstrated. Tammy launched and grew Staff Trades, a start-up in the commercial/industrial construction sector, achieving nearly $4 million in yearly revenues. Educationally, Tammy holds a degree in HR Management from Indiana University Indianapolis, complemented by a minor in psychology.
