With over 24 years’ experience in transportation and logistics, Michelle has assumed a pioneering role in tech innovation and operational analytics for the transportation industry. Having held leadership positions in several start-ups, including as president of truckload brokerage services at Con-way, her driven yet compassionate leadership style found a comfortable home at England Logistics in 2009. She now leads as the vice president of strategic development and is a defining member of several vendor customer advisory boards.
