Dr. Jane Powell is an accomplished professional in sports performance and coaching, currently serving as the Disability Performance Manager at the England & Wales Cricket Board since April 2021. With a solid background in national sports management, Dr. Powell held the position of National Performance and Talent Manager at England Lacrosse from September 2013 to June 2022 and served as the Head of Coaching at England Hockey Ltd from October 2005 to August 2013. Earlier career roles include Head of PE at The Chase High School, Malvern (1985 - 2005) and The City School Sheffield (1979 - 1985). Dr. Powell earned a BEd (Hons) in Physical Education from Chelsea College of PE and a BEd from Abbeydale Grange School, Sheffield.
