Anna Warren has a diverse work experience in the field of sports science and physiotherapy. Anna started their career in 2009 as an Extended Scope Physiotherapist at Nottingham CityCare and worked there until 2015. In 2013, they joined the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) as a Physiotherapist and later became the Lead Physiotherapist for the women's pathway. Since 2020, they have held the position of Head of Sports Science & Medicine England Women at ECB. In 2017, they also served as the England Women's Medical Services Lead at ENGLAND AND WALES CRICKET BOARD LIMITED.

Anna Warren completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University, from 2002 to 2005. Anna then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Bath, from 2011 to 2015.
