Naser Mahmood has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as a Network Assurance Manager at Engineius since November 2021. Prior to this, Naser held the position of Collections Team Leader at Igloo Energy, where responsibilities included managing vulnerability cases, overseeing a team of Collections Associates, and establishing processes for collections. Naser also worked as a Customer Service Team Leader at Tonik Energy, managing teams and conducting recruitment. Earlier roles include Shift Manager at Skanska, overseeing emergency response teams, and Shift Team Leader at Chubb Fire & Security Group. Naser began a long tenure at HSBC as a Premier Relationship Manager, managing high net worth clients across multiple branches.
