Johnathan Alessi is an experienced Project Engineer currently with Matrix Design Group, Inc., focusing on land and site development in the Greater Denver Area and Rocky Mountain Region since October 2022. In addition to this role, Johnathan has been actively involved with Engineers Without Borders USA since 2015, serving as a Project Engineer and travel mentor for the Kenya Program, where significant contributions include initiating new water infrastructure projects and developing community partnerships. Past experience includes roles at LaBella Associates, where Johnathan provided civil engineering services, and Quiddity, where project management and mentoring junior staff were key responsibilities. Early in Johnathan's career, work was completed as a Civil Engineering Technician at SJB Services, Inc., focusing on quality assurance and materials testing. Johnathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a minor in Architecture from Syracuse University, along with an Associate degree from Monroe Community College.
