Rebecca Mandt is a Program Officer in the Division of AIDS at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), a role held since August 2021. Previously, Rebecca participated in the Presidential Management Fellowship, a leadership development program. As a Virtual Events Coordinator for Engineers & Scientists Acting Locally, Rebecca organizes workshops and discussions on science and civic engagement. With a PhD from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Rebecca conducted research in immunology and infectious diseases and served as Executive Director for the Health Professions Recruitment and Exposure Program at Harvard Medical School.
