Jeff Parker is a Principal Analyst at Engineering Services Network (ESN), a role held since June 2011, where responsibilities include serving as the Combat Systems Maintenance Coordinator for the Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) of aircraft carriers. Prior to ESN, Jeff Parker served in the US Navy for 28 years, achieving the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer. Jeff Parker earned a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management from Excelsior University, completing the program between 2011 and 2017.
