Alex Andrews has a diverse work experience. Alex started their career as an Intern at Sarnoff Corporation in May 2008, where they designed test equipment for a new product, trained staff on the equipment, and assembled imager components. In May 2009, they joined Tyco International as a Mechanical Engineer I, where they designed fire alarm panels and notification devices for ease of installation and manufacturing. Alex worked at Tyco International until March 2015. In March 2015, they joined Engineering Planning and Management, Inc. as a Staff Engineer II, where they currently work.
Alex Andrews earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, Alex went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Fire Protection at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012.
