Leandie Dillavou has extensive experience in accounting and client service roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at Engineering Ministries International since August 2018, Leandie previously held the position of Operations Client Service Specialist at StateStreet from June 2016 to May 2018, where responsibilities included providing operational support on complex asset servicing functions. Prior experience includes working as a Financial Reconciliation Specialist at Atterro Human Capital Group and as an Accountant at DJ Crauwcamp & Co, where financial statement preparation and account reconciliation were key duties. Leandie holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa and a high school diploma from Jeugland High School.
