Isaac Kakumba is a skilled quantity surveyor with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator and previously as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Engineering Ministries International (EMI) since February 2020, Isaac has demonstrated expertise in contract management. Prior experience includes a role as a Quantity Surveyor at Nile Engineering and Innovations Ltd from November 2018 to January 2020, and also as a QS Trainee at Mukono Municipal Council and Span Contractors Ltd. Isaac began a teaching career as a Mathematics Teacher at Namiryango High School in 2014. Isaac holds a degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Engineering from Makerere University, completed in 2018, and has educational qualifications from the African Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Namilyango College.
