Anna Kožuch is an experienced professional currently serving as the COO of Engineering Leaders Community, focused on elevating leadership talent within software engineering companies. Previously, Anna has held various roles including Employer Branding & Tech Community Manager at Make, People & Talent Specialist at Plane, and Operations Manager at Deepnote, where foundational contributions to company operations were made. Additional experience includes event coordination at CzechCrunch Startupy and community support at Impact Hub Praha, alongside a solid background in marketing and content creation at multiple organizations. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Management from the University of Finance and Administration in Prague, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Sales from Škoda Auto University.
