Fred Walker possesses extensive experience in civil and structural engineering, currently serving as a Sr. Civil/Structural Engineering Technician at Engineering & Inspection Services, LLC since September 2017. Prior to this role, Fred held the position of Sr. Civil/Structural Designer at WINK Engineering LLC for over 26 years. In addition to engineering, Fred has also cultivated a passion for photography, owning and operating Walker Photography LLC since 2001.
