Anika Durham MBA is currently serving as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Engineering Design Technologies, Inc. (EDT). Anika is currently pursuing their PhD in Human Resources Management and Services at Northcentral University, following their completion of an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a human resource focus.
