Nazifa P. is a dedicated engineering student at Penn State University, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. With a wealth of experience, Nazifa currently serves as an Engineering Ambassador at the Engineering Ambassadors Network, where the focus is on promoting diversity and inclusion in engineering while educating students about its significance. As a mentor in the Penn State Multicultural Engineering Program, Nazifa supports first-year engineering students in their transition to college. Previous roles include internships at Boeing in both Manufacturing and Quality Engineering, where contributions involved implementing quality improvement processes and managing projects. Nazifa has also demonstrated leadership as a mentor and volunteer for FIRST Robotics and served in various capacities including tutoring and as a secretary for SHPE.
