Terry Fuller is an experienced civil project manager currently working at Engineered Tower Solutions, PLLC since August 2016. With a diverse background in the concrete industry, Terry has held various managerial positions including Manager at Acme Hydraulics Inc, Concrete Manager at Tri City Global, and Owner of TMF Concrete Services. Additional experience includes serving as Flatwork Division Manager at Tri City Concrete Contractors and Co-Owner at A&S Concrete Services. Terry's career in concrete began with a role as a commercial concrete finisher at R.L. Ussery Concrete. Terry also served in the US Army from July 1987 to July 1990, specializing in power generation equipment and being recognized with several honors, including the Army Achievement Medal and Army Commendation Medal.
