Michael Sforza is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in product process engineering and mechanical design. Currently serving as a Product Process Engineer at Engineered Materials Solutions, LLC Wickeder Group since February 2018, Michael specializes in thermostatic and cladded metal products. Michael's previous roles include Mechanical Design Engineer at Lutron Electronics, and Process Engineer at Weiler Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed product support, quick change tooling design, and application of LEAN manufacturing principles. Michael also has significant experience as a Managing Engineer at Industrial Service Inc., and as a Mechanical Engineer Technician at Tobyhanna Army Depot, where expertise in troubleshooting and quality control was developed. Education includes multiple associate degrees in Biomedical Equipment, Robotics Technology, and Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
