Kasha Cacy is the Global CEO at Engine Group. Kasha was previously the President UM US at Universal McCann from June 2008 to August 2018. During their time at Universal McCann, they were responsible for US operations including over 1,200 people in five offices. Kasha transformed the business from a traditional media planning and buying agency to one that leveraged data and analytics and content to drive tangible business results for clients. Under their leadership, the agency saw the greatest period of growth in over 10 years. Kasha also developed the agency’s first diversity and inclusion effort as well as the first national day of service.
As the Global Chief Product Officer at UM, they drove product innovation by integrating new capabilities such as custom content, advanced analytics and cross-channel planning and buying into client teams and new business pitches. Kasha was also the Global Managing Partner for the Hershey account and led the winning pitch and managed the account for the first year of the relationship. Kasha transformed Hershey’s marketing mix from 100% TV to a cross-channel approach.
Additionally, they were the Managing Partner for the United States Postal Service account where they led the winning pitch and managed the account for 2 years. Kasha worked with USPS leadership to transform USPS’s marketing approach which led to increased package revenue and the overall stabilization of the business.

Kasha Cacy received their Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Union College and their schooling from Wayland High School.
