Rudy Goossens is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 25 years. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at EQUANS BeLux since July 2021, Rudy has held various significant roles within Engie since July 2014, including Human Resources Director Properties Engie Solutions and Head of Recruitment and Career Development for the Benelux region. Prior to Engie, Rudy worked at GDFSUEZ Electrabel from April 2007 to April 2020 in roles such as Head of Recruitment, Mobility & Career. Rudy's earlier experience includes a managerial position in recruitment at Telenet from January 2001 to May 2007 and as Call Center Manager at teleserv from 1994 to 1997. Rudy holds a Master's degree in Communication from KU Leuven (1989-1993) and furthered education at the University of Antwerp in 2006-2007.
