Aamir Iqbal is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the machinery maintenance and construction sectors. Currently serving as Section Manager - Workshop & Planning and previously as Deputy Manager Construction - Boiler & STG's at FPCL since February 2016, Aamir has contributed significantly to a major nitrogenous fertilizer project valued at over 900 million US dollars. Prior to this role, Aamir worked at Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited from August 2007 to February 2016 as Lead Rotating Equipment Engineer for the Ammonia Plant. Aamir's career commenced as a Trainee Engineer in the Machinery Maintenance department at Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited from August 2006 to August 2007. Aamir holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from U.E.T Taxila, obtained in 2006.
