Pieter Vanhove currently serves as the Head of Global Rewards, Talent Oversight, HRIS & Performance and HR Projects at ENGIE Impact since January 2022, and previously held the position of Director of Compensation and Benefits. Prior to this, Pieter spent over three years as Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits at TRACTEBEL, focusing on executive compensation and international benefits. Pieter’s career began at ENGIE, where duties included managing expatriate affairs and international mobility from September 2010 to January 2020. Pieter’s professional journey commenced as a Junior Tax Advisor at Deloitte Belgium from 2008 to 2010. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Tax Law/Taxation from Ghent University and a Master's degree in Commercial Sciences - HRM from Economische Hogeschool Sint-Aloysius, complemented by a secondary education in Economics - Mathematics.
