Richard Dupont has extensive experience in solar energy and biogas production. Currently serving as Charge d'exploitation et de maintenance solaire at ENGIE GREEN since February 2016, Richard Dupont manages the operation and maintenance of solar plants, coordinates curative interventions, oversees subcontractors, and reports to investors while ensuring compliance with environmental plans. Previously, Richard Dupont held the position of Responsable d'équipe on a methanization site, where responsibilities included production management, recipe development, maintenance oversight, personnel organization, and adherence to safety standards. Prior to joining ENGIE GREEN, Richard Dupont worked as a Technicien de maintenance at Top Clean Packaging Group and as a Technicien at Savelys, focusing on the maintenance and repair of gas boilers for residential clients. Richard Dupont holds a Bts in Maintenance Automatismes industriels and électrotechnique from lycée Jean Zay.
