Claire Tan has extensive work experience in the legal field. Claire is currently working as the VP Legal and Portfolio at ENGIE Factory Asia-Pacific since July 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Legal Counsel at LemmaTree from January 2023 to July 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Associate at Dentons Rodyk from July 2022 to December 2022. Their previous experience also includes working as a Senior Associate at Atlas Asia Law Corporation from July 2018 to June 2022, where they handled complex investment transactions and provided legal counsel to various clients. Claire began their career at Dentons Rodyk as an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate commercial, and employment and personal data protection. Claire worked at Dentons Rodyk from January 2016 to July 2018.

Claire Tan completed their Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree at Singapore Management University from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Raffles Institution from 2009 to 2010 for their GCE "A" Levels.
