Alejandra Camila Araos Verdugo is an experienced environmental specialist with a strong background in project leadership and environmental permits management. Currently serving as Especialista Medio Ambiente y Permisos at ENGIE Chile since June 2022, Alejandra leads the selection and management of environmental consultancies for environmental processing in the SEIA of company projects. Prior roles include Ingeniera en Permisos Ambientales at GRENERGY RENOVABLES, where Alejandra coordinated and reviewed environmental impact studies for photovoltaic and wind projects, and Jefe de proyectos at Futuro Sustentable Consultores, leading environmental advisory projects and team coordination for impact declarations. Alejandra has also held leadership positions at GESCAM and has experience as an Analista at Soprole. Educational qualifications include a degree in Química Ambiental and a diploma in Sustentabilidad Corporativa e Innovación from renowned Chilean institutions.
