From 2006 to 2014, I worked as a Senior Operations/Support Engineer and Escalations Specialist, where I managed high-priority technical escalations and provided expert support for critical issues, ensuring service stability and customer satisfaction.

Currently a Project Manager at Enghouse, I oversee Installation & Commissioning Services, ensuring alignment with customer agreements and optimizing project efficiency. I work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
