Robert Mwamba

Robert Mwamba has held various roles at International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI) since 2017. Robert started as an Institutional Strengthening and Evaluation Assistant, supporting the specialist in familiarizing stakeholders with USAID's cooperation strategy and collecting related monitoring and evaluation data. In their next role, they became a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, developing third-party monitoring tools and leading technical assistance in monitoring and evaluation systems. Currently, they are serving as the Deputy Chief of Party/Assessment Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist.

Before joining IBTCI, Robert worked as a Project Officer at EngenderHealth, where they were responsible for monitoring and evaluation activities in the field of family planning and fistula care. Prior to that, they worked at Christian Aid as a Monitoring and Evaluation Learning Officer, contributing to the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation tools and activities in humanitarian, governance, and health projects.

Robert Mwamba's education history includes the following:

From 2015 to 2017, they attended Université Protestante au Congo/ RDC, where they obtained a Master's of social transformation degree. Robert'sfield of study was Public Health Education and Promotion.

Between 2005 and 2007, they attended Institut Superieur de Statistique, where they achieved a Licencié en Finance degree. Robert specialized in Educational Statistics and Research Methods.

During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor's degree from Institut Superieur de Statistique. Robert'sfield of study included Sciences économiques, gestion financière, evaluation des projets et statistique.
