Aaron Rasmussen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Staff member at Ernst & Young J&M Management Consulting GmbH for a year. In 1998, they transitioned to Ryan Homes where they held the role of Production Manager for nearly a decade. Aaron then joined Variety Contractors Inc. in 2007 as the Vice President of Construction until 2012. During the same period, they also took on the roles of Vice President and Executive Vice President at Engelke Construction Solutions. With their extensive background in the construction industry, Aaron Rasmussen has gained valuable expertise in management and leadership roles.

Aaron Rasmussen completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the field of study of School of Technology from Purdue University from 1993 to 1997.
