Nicolas M. has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as an FTR trader at Engelhart Commodities Trading Partners since January 2015. Prior to this role, Nicolas worked as a Transmission Analyst at Mercuria Energy America, Inc. from September 2011 to December 2014, and as a Transmission Commercial Analyst at Horizon Wind Energy from August 2009 to September 2011. Nicolas began their career as a Research & Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from September 2007 to August 2009 and completed an internship with Electric Power Group in the summer of 2008. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2007-2009) and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from CentraleSupélec (2005-2007).
