Kathrin Leim has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Kathrin began their career as a Working Student in various research and analysis roles at Zentrum für Umfragen, Methoden und Analysen (ZUMA) and Mannheimer Zentrum für Europäische Sozialforschung (MZES). Kathrin was also an Intern at Psychonomics AG, where they gained experience in strategy consulting.

In 2006, they worked as an Intern at Botho Non-Profit-Organisation, where they focused on communication, administration, and project organization. Kathrin also worked as a Working Student in Communications at Steinbeis-Transfer Centers TIB.

From 2007 to 2013, Kathrin Leim held several roles at Sudler & Hennessey, including Trainee Account Management, Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, and Account Director. Their responsibilities included strategic consulting, client service, brand management, and developing communication and marketing strategies for pharmaceutical clients.

In 2013, they briefly worked as a Therapeutic Account Manager at Elsevier, before joining Engelhard Arzneimittel in 2014. At Engelhard Arzneimittel, they held various positions, including Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Brand Management.

Throughout their career, Kathrin Leim has demonstrated a strong expertise in brand management and strategic consulting, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry.

Kathrin Leim completed their undergraduate education from 2001 to 2007 at the University of Mannheim, where they pursued a degree in Social Sciences and earned a Diploma. In 2004, they also had a short-term experience as an exchange student at Utrecht University, specializing in Social Sciences.
