Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, entrepreneurship, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has focused on providing organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this venture, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Mariana also previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019. During an academic tenure at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, Mariana taught courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
