Kalyn Bush has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Kalyn currently works at EngageSmart as a Recruiting Lead, where they focus on delivering digital engagement solutions in multiple industries. Prior to that, they worked at ADP as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for a year. Kalyn also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Walgreens, CNH Industrial Capital, and Goldman Sachs. Kalyn started their career at Mondo as a Corporate Recruiter and later became the Practice Lead for National Talent Acquisition.

Kalyn Bush holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bentley University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from AIRS, an ADP Company. These certifications include ACIR Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter, CSSR Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter, CDR Certified Diversity Recruiter, CIR Certified Internet Recruiter, and PRC Professional Recruiter Certificate. Furthermore, Kalyn also holds a certification as a Predictive Index Analyst from PI Worldwide, which they obtained in March 2014.
