Dani Duggan has a varied work experience, beginning with their role as a Fundraiser for Middlebury College Phonathon in 2011. In 2012 they took on an Intern role at the U.S. Department of Education, where they organized weekly Let's Read! Let's Move! events, reorganized and assisted with the publication of the Guide to the US Department of Education Programs, and edited newsletters, books, and materials published by the Department. In 2014 they became a Digital Marketing Strategist at Digital Intent, where they gained 75,000+ users for SmartMom app through content marketing, SEO, and social media, and organized and ran the PR for the SmartMom app. Dani then moved on to mcgarrybowen to be a Social Media Specialist in 2015, where they developed brand strategies for clients, and utilized research and customer insights to determine messaging and platforms that most applied to the target customer. In 2016 they joined Launch Academy, Inc. as an Associate Director of Talent and Talent Manager, where they created and organized a curriculum of skill development for 350+ clients, organized and ran up to 6 on-campus events per quarter, and utilized daily standups and weekly sprint retros to make agile changes to critical product. In 2018 they joined Backroads as a Trip Leader and Camp Crew, where they managed all aspects of ~30 trips, gathered requirements and managed feedback from upwards of 20 clients, and coordinated on average 5-14 subcontractors, vendors, and local guides. Finally, in 2020 they joined Granicus as a Senior Partner Manager, Implementation Project Manager, and Customer Success Specialist, where they developed relationships with a portfolio of 250+ clients, analyzed data of product usage, advised clients on strategic priorities, and identified 20% of departmental revenue expansion opportunities. Currently, they are an Implementation Manager at Engageli.
Dani Duggan attended Middlebury College from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History. In 2013, they participated in the Business Bridge Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. In April 2020, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
