Nick Relph has significant experience in marketing and leadership roles. Nick is currently the Head of Marketing at Engage People Inc., where they are responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plan, managing social media channels, content development, website management, and more. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director and New Business Development at Direct Focus Marketing Communications, where they oversaw the Toronto office and worked on strategic marketing across Canada. Before that, they worked as an Independent Marketing Consultant at Innovative Brand Consulting, where they worked with clients in the US and Canada on marketing, brand strategy, and innovation. Nick also has experience as the Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Brick Brewing Co, Director of Marketing North America at Carlsberg Canada, and GMM of Marketing, Merchandising, Buying, & Retail Innovation at Things Engraved, Personally Yours, House of Knives. Nick has held leadership positions at Foster's Wine Estates, Sleeman Breweries Limited, Indigo Books & Music, and Schering Plough, where they were responsible for marketing, trade marketing, and customer marketing.
Nick Relph has a diverse education history. In 1989, they enrolled at the University of Manitoba and completed a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Marketing in 1992. After a significant gap, they pursued further education in 2017 at Cornell University, where they focused on Marketing Strategy for Business Leaders. Additionally, in May 2019, Nick obtained a certification as a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional from The Wise Marketer.
