Julie Seiner is an experienced executive in benefits operations and client services, currently serving as Vice President of Benefits Operations at Engage PEO since February 2020. Previously, Julie held the position of Vice President of Client Services at CoAdvantage, where initiatives led to the restructuring of client delivery and resulted in $5 million in savings. Additional experience includes managing benefits and compliance at TrendHR, negotiating contracts at Mercer, and optimizing performance at Unum. With a strong background in human resources, Julie has successfully supervised teams, developed scalable onboarding models, and implemented strategic planning initiatives throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades in the industry. Julie holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Kaplan University.
