Hans Gillesén is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Engage Group since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Infor as the Director, Client Partner from June 2017 to March 2020. From January 2014 to June 2017, they were the Business Unit Manager at Acando Consulting AB. Before that, they held various roles at Sogeti Sverige AB, including Team Manager from February 2009 to September 2011, Branch Manager from September 2011 to December 2012, and Team Manager again from January 2013 to December 2013. Hans also worked as the Regional Manager at Mercator from January 2008 to January 2009, and as the Regional Director Sales at Cyncsis Mgmt Solution from August 2004 to December 2007. Their earlier experience includes positions at Intentia Consulting, where they worked as a Team Leader & Consultant Manager from August 1999 to August 2004, as well as at Intentia (now Lawson) as a Senior Consultant & Consultant Manager from July 1996 to July 1999. Hans started their career at Intentia Consulting as a Business Consultant from August 1990 to June 1994, and later worked as a Sales Manager from July 1994 to June 1996.

Hans Gillesén has a strong education background in the field of engineering. Hans began their education at Chalmers University of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from 1984 to 1988. Following this, Hans pursued further studies at the same university and completed their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from 1988 to 1989. During this period, they also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Chalmers University of Technology in 1989.

In addition to their academic achievements, Hans has obtained certifications from Microsoft. In July 2020, they successfully completed the MB-300 Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations certification. Prior to that, in May 2020, they attained the Exam MB-901: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification. These certifications showcase Hans's commitment to expanding their knowledge and staying updated in the field of technology.
