Tyler Gustafson is an experienced Operations Manager currently with Engage Building Products since October 2023, and previously held the same position at Divine Flooring from January 2012 to October 2023, where significant contributions included driving over $15 million in annual revenues and establishing key performance metrics. Tyler has managed multiple business units, developed training initiatives, and implemented quality and safety management systems. Earlier experience includes roles as Operations Team Lead and Project Manager at Hazmasters Inc., Safety Advisor at Gemini Group, Site Supervisor at Jager Homes, Assistant Site Supervisor at Totem Lumber, and Jr. Owner at Modern Industrial Rentals. Tyler holds a Diploma of Education in Management and Leadership from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, alongside other management qualifications.
