Brad Setser is an experienced professional in business development and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Eng Flanders Group, Inc. since December 2021. Prior to this role, Brad co-founded Fortitude Advisory Services, providing consulting for the real estate technology industry from August 2017 to December 2021. Brad's extensive background at Yardi from 2002 to 2017 includes roles such as Vice President of Marketing, where significant revenue growth was achieved, and Director of Sales Operations, overseeing sales strategies and team performance. Additionally, Brad managed client services and technical support, contributing to operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager of the Rubicon Theatre Company, where Brad played a key role in the company's startup phase.
