George Burnette has a diverse work experience, ranging from their current role as Director of Technical Services at ENFOS to various positions in different industries. At ENFOS, they have held positions such as Technical Services Manager and Senior Software Support Specialist, where they managed a team and provided business process optimization solutions. Prior to ENFOS, George worked as a Sales Representative/Morning Stock at Menards and as an Operations Intern at a Military Surplus eBay Store. George also volunteered as a Biointensive Organic Farmer at the Monmouth College Educational Mini-farm and worked as a Mail Delivery Clerk at Monmouth College. Throughout their career, George has demonstrated skills in project management, client consultation, and problem-solving.

George Burnette, CSPO, PMP has a diverse education history. George attended Monmouth College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and another BA degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General. In 2020 and 2021, they attended Codecademy to learn SQL, but did not earn a degree. In 2013, George attended the Associated Colleges of the Midwest for a brief period to study Architecture, Art, and Theatre. George also attended the Linguaviva School of Italian Language and Culture in 2013 to study the Italian language.

In addition to their formal education, George has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Prior to that, in 2017, they completed the Project Management Professional Exam Preparation Course offered by Project Management Academy. In 2016, they completed the Aurora Yoga Center 200 Hour Teacher Training, and in 2015, they completed the Aurora Yoga Center 100 Hour Teacher Training. George also holds certifications in other areas, such as Programming for Everybody (Python) from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2014 and the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED) Program from the American Heart Association in 2015. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
